Although essentially still on my first character, my experience is very similar. Most PUGs enjoyable and helpful. One PUG--Ring of Fire to Hell's Precipice in Prophecies; one PUG--Vizunah Square and 2 more, etc. With Heros, PUGs form much more quickly and disasters are rare and easily mitigated. And, contrary to what has been feared, PUGs, in my experience, are mostly human, with an occasional Hero to fill a missing role. PUG mostly with lvl 20 (my main character, Wo Tan Ki, is a lvl 20, currently R/E). For every idiot, there are hundreds of decent players with good senses of humor. I would PUG more, but don't want to leave in the middle of a long mission when I have a limited amount of time (less than 2 hours

Alright well to the OP, 2 things give some skill suggestions and be viable with them. Simply stating something is not explaining it, debates you can think of them as mathematical problems. There is a process, you are trying to find a solution to a problem you believe exists. Explain the problem, go through a process explain your solution. Then we can have a debate going and not a flame war.

Very well then =) My problem would be the amount of spam used to sell items, LFG, and the amount of times someone has to say what they have to say. My solution...kill the up arrow, offer a notify button in game so it captures the offending person with a time stamp, and everything needed for a violation. A disclaimer stating misuse of the notify button will have its repercussions. The ability to click someones name (like for a whisper) to display 3 options. 1st option, whisper the individual...2nd option, ignore the person...3rd option, notify ANET of a rules violation this person has committed with previously stated disclaimer and a second chance "Are you sure you wish to report this person" with a link to show the terms of service.

In summary, kill the up arrow and make notification and ignore more accessible.

I know just hitting "I" in game is pretty easy, but many names in game aren't spelled correctly, or are a bunch of jumbled letters. Reporting someone means leaving the game to goto a website and submit everything, taking away from their game time.
